Service Management Office

This unit is responsible for:

    • Implementing IT Service Management as a best practice framework to ensure alignment of UW-IT services with the University‚Äôs current and future needs; this involves:
      • Implementing uniform processes across UW-IT to ensure a consistent and predictable customer experience.
      • Identifying and implementing roles for processes and services to improve transparency, accountability, strategic alignment and service delivery.
      • Implementing and supporting an IT Service Management toolset to support efficient uniform processes.
